Road Safety Week 2021

During this week, the police forces that work particularly for street safety put in their efforts to ensure that the people are made aware regarding the different bills and laws related to Motor Vehicles Act and Bill. Wherever required, to create this awareness, workshops, seminars, presentations, and related trainings are conducted. Along with this pamphlets and banners related to road safety rules are also distributed so that traffic rules and regulations are taken seriously and implemented.

However, this year the government has decided that instead of observing the Road Safety Week, a whole moth would be dedicated towards creating road safety awareness amongst people. Thus, a Road Safety Month would be observed from 18 January 2021 to 17 February 2021. Accordingly, nationwide activities would be conducted across the country where presentations and seminars would be conducted to advocate road safety, various rewards would be distributed to individuals and states based on the performance and much more. It would be exciting to watch this entire month unfold itself where an especially important and a serious issue would be addressed.
